Love You by Jeanne Streiff

Hi there!
Jeanne here today with a fun card using 1/4" red and 1/4" white decorative tapes from Hobby Tape.

I stamped my images (WP704 Daisies & Hearts - Impression Obsession ) and then I used the grid on my Mini MISTI (My Sweet Petunia) stamp positioning tool to lay out my tape in straight lines.

Here's another look.

Have a great day!

Thankful for You by Jeanne Streiff

I love fall colors and nothing sets them off better that a touch of gold. Today I used 1/16" gold metallic tape to accent my sentiment.

I watercolored a splashy image (see colors below). After it was completely dry I stamped my sentiment with black ink.

I inked up my leaf stamps in orange (Spiced Marmalade) and then tapped in a bit of deep red Aged Mahogany) ink randomly before stamping. Because it was on watercolor I needed to stamp more than once to get a nice solid image. I kept going stamping leaves until I had framed the sentiment.

I finished my card by adding some 1/16" gold metallic tape from Hobby Tape under the sentiment words and adhering the panel to a kraft card base.

Special by Jeanne Streiff

Hi! Jeanne here today with a fall card.

I added a strip of old book page onto kraft cardstock and stamped my leaves with my MISTI . I used a wet paintbrush and ink to add some shadows and sponged a little ink around the image. I added the sentiment in black ink.

To finish my card I used 1/16" black masking tape from Hobby Tape for a border.

Patriotic Thanks by Jeanne Streiff

Hi! Jeanne here today with a patriotic thank you card!

Today is my day to host a Falliday Challenge at Splitcoaststampers. If you haven't checked out the challenges going on you should. Lots of fun and some of the challenges (including this one) are for card drives to special places. You can see my challenge HERE.

I used acrylic paint to make my background and then added a die cut frame (Lawn Fawn). I finished my card by making accent stripes with 1/16" gold metallic tape.

Have a great day!

Fall Birthday Card by Jeanne Streiff

Hi! Jeanne here today with a Fall card with fun Rainbow Tape accents.

I used 1/16" gold metallic and 1/8" white tapes on my project.

I inked up the leaf stamps (Impression Obsession WP691 Fall Leaves) on my MISTI (My Sweet Petunia)individually with multiple colors of ink, misted lighty with water and stamped onto watercolor paper.

I watercolored the background and added some details to the leaves.

I die cut the sentiment (Impression Obsession DIE429-K Birthday Top Edgers) and then added gold 1/16" and white 1/8" tapes for a border and accent for the sentiment.

Have a great day!

Beware by Jeanne Streiff

Hi! Jeanne here today!

I have a fun mixed media background technique using 1/4" Black Rainbow tape from Hobby Tape to share today. My project also uses Dies from Sizzix, stamps from Impression Obsession, my Mini MISTI from My Sweet Petunia, white acrylic paint and ink.

I created a random grid with 1/4" Black tape on white cardstock.

I added some white acrylic paint over the tape & splattered with a little watered down ink just to add a touch of color. I then used a die cut (Sizzix Thinlits Mixed Media Halloween) to cut out the bats.

Next I added a black panel behind the bats and did a little stamping for some additional texture.

I finished my card with the die cut sentiment.
